Background

Aisha runs site selection assignments for occupiers whose decision is about geography rather than about a particular building: where the workforce is, what the utility can actually deliver and when, and which municipality will move fastest through entitlement.

She came from regional economic development, where she spent six years on the other side of the incentive table. That experience is the reason Northline starts incentive conversations before a site is committed rather than after.

Aisha also handles flex and small bay requirements in the east metro, where a parking ratio and an office finish percentage usually decide the shortlist.
