Support the industrial practice across airport south and the northwest corridor: tour preparation, building surveys, specification verification and canvassing. The path here is to your own book inside three years.

1Minnesota real estate salesperson licence, or willing to sit the exam within 90 days

Office tenant representation advisor

Run occupier assignments end to end for firms between 5,000 and 60,000 square feet. You will be expected to argue about improvement allowances and net effective rates, in writing, with the arithmetic attached.

Own the quarterly submarket fundamentals: track inventory, verify transactions with the brokers on both sides, maintain the comparable sets and support broker opinions of value.

Operating budgets, monthly owner reporting and the year-end CAM, tax and insurance reconciliations for the managed portfolio. Our standard is 90 days from year end with schedules attached.

1Commercial property accounting experience, ideally across multiple asset types
2Comfort with gross-up calculations and lease recovery language
3The patience to explain a reconciliation line to a tenant who is unhappy about it
